The A8274 KWP Force Displacement Test System, certified according to DIN ISO 9001, has been designed to measure the force vs. displacement characteristic.
Possible modes of operation are automatic
Force against displacement of any key or mechanism.
Travel speed adjustment.
Measurement of force on make and break

of the contact and measurement of displacement on make and break of the contact.
Some typical applications are magnetic or relay coils, membrane keyboards, piezo keyboards,
relays, switches, connectors, plugs, sockets etc.
The unit can be connected to a XY-plotter to provide a hard copy of the measured curve
characteristics. The test system includes the adjustable stand with the force and displacement
sensor mounted on a precision slider and the microprocessor controlled electronic unit inside
a 19 inch rack. System applications are quality control, product supervision, development, laboratory design work and incoming and outgoing goods inspection.

TEST SYSTEM IEC SYSTEM CONTROLLER

The IEC-Controller A 8274-IEC,certified according to DIN ISO 9001, is a freely programmable control unit which can be connected to a computer via IEEE-488 interface.
The controller is the heart of all ITF Engineering automated systems and when combined with
the various A 8274 modular system cards, it can be utilized to carry out almost any task imaginable such as pneumatic operations, DC motor control, stepping motor control, interrogation of sensors through the use of inputs, activation of relays, activation of current loop outputs, detection of light sources such as LED´s for intensity etc. This equipment is best suited for use in quality assurance, product supervision, laboratory design work, incoming and outgoing goods inspection.

The pneumatic system A 8274 PS, certified according to DIN ISO 9001, is a modular, expandible unit which enables the automatic operation of pneumatic functions which would normally be carried out by hand. The pressing of keys, switches, knobs and buttons can now be carried out in a controlled sequence at a pre-selectable mechanical operating pressure in conjunction with either the A 8274 KS-IEC or the A 8274 B unit.
Typical system applications are quality control, product supervision, development, laboratory
design work and incoming and outgoing goods inspection.

Combined with other cards in the range which will fit into the KS/IEC it can be untilised to carry out almost any function or task such as pneumatic operations, DC motor control, Stepping motor control, interrogation of sensors through the use of inputs, activation of relays, activation of current loop outputs, detection of light sources through fibre links for colour or intensity and many other functions.
